We are not a marine contractor, we do not perform any dock building, marine construction, shoreline stabilization, or related services, and we are not a licensed contractor in any trade or jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising from work performed by a service professional are solely between the consumer and the contractor. Myrtle Beach Elite Dock Builders is not a party to any such dispute and bears no liability for the outcome.

4. PERMITTING DISCLAIMER

Dock construction, bulkhead installation, marsh walkway construction, and related marine work in South Carolina tidal and navigable waters may require permits from SCDHEC Office of Coastal Resource Management (OCRM), the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and other federal, state, or local authorities. Myrtle Beach Elite Dock Builders makes no representation that any contractor connected through this platform will obtain all required permits prior to commencing work. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer and the contractor to ensure all applicable permits are obtained before any construction begins. Failure to obtain required permits may result in fines, required removal of structures, and other legal consequences for which Myrtle Beach Elite Dock Builders bears no responsibility.

5. NO WARRANTY
